Our natural, artisanal spruce beer is made in Montreal from only four ingredients: water, fresh conifer branches, organic cane sugar, and yeast. Inspired by ancestral recipes and created using modern techniques, LA P'TITE offers a pure, fresh, and authentic taste of the wilderness.

F.A.Q.

-

1. Pantry or fridge?

LA P'TITE is a living product; it must be refrigerated at less than 4 ° C at all times to prevent excess fermentation, a change in taste, and overpressure.

2. What about the bottle?

For environmental reasons, we reuse our bottles. Don’t forget to bring them back for your $2 deposit!

3. Is LA P'TITE alcoholic?

Given our short fermentation process, our spruce beer contains less than 0.5% alc./vol. It is therefore  considered a soft drink by government authorities.

4. A Unique Product?

Keeping in line with our artisanal mission, we produce small batches only. Consequently, LA P’TITE’s aromas change according to season, harvest, and brews.
